mOuNt Buller Trip
Hey everyone.. another adventure post from aussy... As u all know.. its winter here in Aussyland.. although in the city it doesnt snow... but it does snow on the mountains.. woohoo!! Really had a super fun trip, especially when u get to meet new people and when u go with friends.. nothing much to talk about really.. just got to experience a really snow storm and got to see the best snowfall a person could really see...
Anywayz... i went to mount buller on 2 weekends.. yes.. just loved it.. actually i made promises which caused me to go for both and spend tons of money on it.. now im freaking broke actually.. lolz.. Anyways.. the first weekend, i went up with my cousin and his friends... and my friends were already up there so thats what made me to want to go up there even more and i never regretted one single bit of it.. day one basically was departing at 4am..... and reaching there at 10am to start skiing.. as i had skiied before from my beijing trip.. i decided to try my skills.. and little did i know, in beijing, i didnt learn how to get on the lifts withs skis.. so i basically slipped and slided all over the place and nearly got hit by the ski lift as i was about to get out of it.. luckily none of my friends were there to take videos of me..that was only the getting on part.. but the worse part came when i had to get off... it was actually perfect.. but there was a small hill after the lift... so... instead of stopping and vearing to the side... i actually when down the hill and banged the post.. damn embarassing... later on i went to try the real slope.... woah.... that beijing instructor that taught me how to stop should have been shot.... cause u know what... i tried the technique.. and i ended up zooming down the hill... i was like.... WTF!!!!!!(*at the same time in my mind was wheeeeeeeeeeeeee*).. and had to force myself to fall down cause there were so many people.. anywayz.. wont say anymore or else it would be super long... anywayz.. story was.. i went back down the mountain to have a good sleep and came back up the next day... the only difference this time is that, there was a snow storm on that day.. so i met up with my uni friends(*FINALLY*) and went to have some archery lessons and rock climbing fun.. and it was really fun.. the boys had some archery competition to see who can shoot the target and get the highest score... i got second.. woohoo!! prozz... haha.. but rock climbing i got last... =.=" .. i am a noob.. no choice.. haha.. later on,i followed them back to the monash uni lodge.. pretty nice place and met more friends there.. we just sat there and chit-chatted and build some snowman and had a snowball fight outside the lodge.. realy realy fun..
Then came the second weekend.... even better.. this time i snowboarded and i took some lessons.. so it was pretty cool although, at the end of the day i had a numb feeling on my left thigh... but guess its still worth it in a way.. XD .. It all began with snowboarding then i went trekking with the girls and took a lift ride which was about 15 minutes long and then later when we went back.. the best snowfall i had ever seen.... really a perfect day.. Im still wishing for a chance to go back there but guess i can only do it next year when i saved enough money to go....
Anywayz.. another long post... sorry.. haha... still cant think of how to summarise it... just want to tell u all the whole story and the fun that i had on the mountains.. I guess in summary.. all i can say is AWESOME!!!!!
