MOOMBA FESTIVAL IN MELBOURNE
Hey people, just posting what went on this weekend in Melbourne.. as u can see the pics above.. the fireworks was great and well... those are not my photos... they belong to one of my friend's that was standing quite far away from the actual fireworks area and looks like a pro took it.. OMG... so nice right? LOL.. sorry that i had to steal it cause i was right in front of it.. so my pics look like crap as i randomly took it.. HAHA.. XD.. and i also dont have the wire to transfer my pics to the computer... i should have just used my phone... haizz.. now i got to wait for my cousin to find the wire...
Oh well.. anywayz.. Moomba festival was pretty cool.. Lots of rides.. from the kiddy stuff to the EXTREME ONES!! i wanted to ride the extreme ones but sadly... sooooo expensive.. LOL .. and lots of stuff for boyfriends to squander all their money to win gifts for their girlfriends.. =(.. but... yes there is a but... i still went to play it anywayz.. =) and i won some crappy killer whale that looked more like a 'Lo Han' ( fish with the bump infront of its head) .... i gave it to my cousin's girlfriend at the end.. Its practically a festival to reap people of their money but it was still quite fun in a wayz.. depends on how you look at it... the water shows that were held on the Yarra river were pretty cool.. and there were competitions held all over the place so guess it was quite entertaining.
We only met Xin nee, Jeane and Aaron Lau at about 9pm cause they hanged out with their friends and our slot for meeting them was practically pushed back till the end of the moomba festival.. LOL.. just in time to watch the fireworks at least.. oh well.. better than not meeting up i guess.. Anywayz.. since that was the only time.. we had as much fun as we could.. but first we had to find a place to watch the fireworks..in the midst of looking for a place... aaron and jeane had to disappear.. for... "ahemm"... reasons.. LOL.. i dont know what the reasons were.. u can go ask them if u are "KEPO" enough.. haha.. so me, xin nee, and Alvin were the only ones left enjoying the spectacular fireworks and thanks to xin nee we had a great spot to watch the fireworks... Pretty cool as u can see from the pictures at the top.. i wish i could load the video up for u all but ... got internet limit.. sorry.. LOL ..
After the fireworks.. we just visited those money sapping stalls where i got my "Lo Han" whale.... and went to an ice cream parlour called... Freddo's.. pretty good ice cream.. didnt need to get expensive booze.... got to eat it in the form of an ice cream.. pretty good.. just really sweet.. so ... me and alvin were pretty high that night.. haha... and as usual.. Alvin was being a monkey the whole night due to some... ermm... cute girls appearing before him at the ice cream parlour... LOL... Well.. kind off... haha.. And after that.. we ended our day by taking the tram back to our own homes.. was pretty worried about the girls cause scared they missed the last tram and their safety as well.. cause its the weekend and Australians here can get pretty drunk but Aaron was there.. so me and Alvin just left them at the tram stop and headed home ourselves... i smsed them when i reached home and they told me that they managed to catch the tram and made it home safely .. Oh yah.. and Alvin followed me home cause his hostel soooo bloody far away and he bunked in my place in the small living room....
